Residential Complex for 100Mln EUR to Show up in Sofia

Property developer ‘Winslow Developments’ informed that the constructions of residential community in Sofia's Manastirski Livadi district start. ‘Limex City’, which is the local subsidiary secured the necessary building permit, Dnevnik a.m. reported. ‘Limex City’ is a unit of ‘Prima Investments’ which is a joint venture between ‘Winslow Developments’ and ‘RREEF’, the real estate investment arm of Deutsche Asset Management, the global investment management business of Deutsche Bank. The project is called ‘Winslow Gardens’. It includes 6 buildings with a total of 450 apartments (50-150 sq m each). The district is foreseen to be completed in 3 years. The investments cost around 200 million BGN (100 million EUR). The complex will offer spa center, gym, swimming pool, restaurant, medical offices, day care center and dry cleaner's. Dnevnik a.m. remind that ‘Winslow Developments’ will also invest in partnership with RREEF up to 252 million BGN (126 million EUR) in another residential community project in Bankia. ‘Winslow’ owns seven holiday homes complexes in Bansko ski resort.
