New Trade Center to be Build in Varna
12.02.2007Representatives of the company "Valeriy Group" cut the first sod for a new trade center in Varna yesterday. The trade will have an area of 4,000 square meters. The company is very familiar to the technicians doing repair works on the territory of Varna with its wide range of thousands of tools and instruments, and household technologies.
The building works of the trade center of the company is expected to finish within a nine-month period and in September the future modern building is supposed to open. After the opening of the new trade center, the company is to ensure 30 new job positions. The investments of the company amount to EUR 800,000, which is to be provided by means of a credit with the long-term partner of the company - Raiffeisen Bank. The Bulgarian sea capital, Varna, is continuing to attract investments in business estates. A number of projects are in the process of their implementation.
The interest of the investors is headed towards the western part of the city, where the once industrial area was located. This is the most convenient place for the construction of showrooms, stores and logistics centers. One of the greatest advantages that Varna possesses is the transport communications, and the more and more increasing population of the city.
