Investors Prefer Property Within Hour Drive Of Airports

The minimum size of desired plots is 500 sq m, while some investors are looking for at least 120 decares. Generally speaking, British investors are buying land for the construction of a house, apartment or villa complexes. Monitor reports that foreigners are looking for properties south of Varna, in Golden Sands, Albena, and St. St. Kostantin i Elena, though the supply there is scarce. Most investors are from Western Europe, Israeli and Russian citizens are also among those most interested in investing in land by the Black Sea.
