'A City inside the City' Project Needs 0.5 bln euros
16.02.2007Three banks are negotiating, in the moment, for the new financial insurance of the enormous project "Sofia's Acropolis", informed money.bg. Just one bank won't be able to finance the whole project, that goes to the value of half milliard EUR, reported the Lithuanian company "VP Group", last year's investor. The complex is planned to be finished in 2012. "City" in the city" project will include multifunctional complex of office buildings, residential buildings, a trade advertising complex, hypermarket, stores, cinemas, bowling hall, restaurants and other supplies for rest and shopping. Sofia's Acropolis" will be constructed in "Krasno Selo" residential district, on the territory of the ex factory "Balkancar- September 6". More than 1 500 working places will be opened.
