Property managers for The Balkan Jewel
19.02.2007Following the appointment of Colliers International as property managers, Balkan Property Investments, a Dhalia-led consortium of Maltese investors, have also agreed to engage Vector Management International as project managers of the Balkan Jewel - a residential development in the idyllic Razlog Valley near the ski resort of Bansko in Bulgaria, comments The Independent. Vector Management International will be responsible for managing the construction, finishing and furnishing stages of the Balkan Jewel through to completion. Vector Management Bulgaria, a subsidiary of Vector Management International, succeeded in establishing itself as one of the leading project management companies in Bulgaria. It is currently responsible for overseeing the development of a number of residential, commercial and hospitality developments across the country. The Balkan Jewel will comprise 160 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and will be constructed on a 7,500 m2 site. This residential development will be located at the foot of the Pirin Mountains overlooking an 18-hole Ian Woosnam-designed golf course. Amenities will include a cafй, a fitness centre, a children's play area, an outdoor swimming pool and underground parking facilities.
