Russia's Mian To Build Office Center in Sofia
26.02.2007The Russia's Mian, a real estate company plans to build an office center in downtown Sofia, the company says. The real estate agency intends to invest EUR 25-30 million in the development. The company has already paid EUR 10 million for a 5,000 sq.m. land plot in Sofia. The plot was bought at the end of 2006, Sergei Ozerov, MIAN General Director said. The company's interest in the development is due to the high liquidity characterizing the commercial real estate sector in Bulgaria. According to Ozerov the profits from developments in this sector in Bulgaria are 30-40% higher than the profits of the same development in Russia.
