Construction of Apartment Complex to Kick off Near Razlog in April
11.04.2007Irish investors are to develop an apartment complex in the Kukurevo area near the town of Razlog. The new complex dubbed "Kendar for All Seasons" occupies a 24,000sq.m. land plot in the vicinity of Razlog. The complex will deliver a total of 333 apartments, a spa center, a business center and a swimming pool. The Irish investment company Kendar is developing the project which is to be completed by the end of 2008. The Sofia-based Arch Group is responsible for the design of the new complex. The construction works are due to kick off in April.
