Danes Eye Investment Opportunities in Pleven
17.04.2007Denmark's property developer TK Development Group mulls over investing EUR 50 million in the town of Pleven. The Danish company has stated its interest in the region after having researched carefully the investment opportunities in the region, said Pleven's Deputy Mayor Valentin Mateev and the municipality's chief engineer Petar Dragnev. The investor is mainly interested in the construction of retail centers. The company operates in 9 countries in Northern and Eastern Europe and has developed EUR 3 billion worth shopping centers having an area of 2 million sq.m.. TK Development Group is operating on the Bulgarian market since January 2007.
