New Courses for Real Estate Brokers to Kick off in May
24.04.2007Lachezar Iskrov has taken the place of Orlin Vladikov as the chairperson of the board of directors of Bulgaria's National Real Property Association (NRPA). The general meeting of the association was held on Saturday, 21 April at the office of the organization, 36 Patriarch Evtimii St. The third level of first series of training courses for real estate brokers is to take place on 3-5 May, said NRPA officials. The second series is to be held between 10-12 May and the third one is to kick off on 12 July. There is a growing need for well-trained professionals in the real estate sector due to the serious competition in the sector and the arrival of a number of foreign real estate companies in Bulgaria, said NRPA members.
