New Residential Complex to be Developed in Razgrad
14.05.2007A new residential complex dubbed Harsate is to be built in Razgrad. The land plot designated for the new complex is located next to the former dentistry building in Razgrad. The site comprises up to 60,000 sq m of development land. The municipality-owned land plot is to be divided into 6 parts featuring one and two-storey houses, stores, eateries, etc. The sale price is to reach EUR 500/sq.m. The land plot will be develop in planned phases into a residential complex with associated commercial space.
