Russians - the 2nd Nation Keen on Bulgarian Properties
28.05.2007Russian clients are 2nd after the Britons on having interest to invest in Bulgarian real estates, says a research of the Bulgarian branch of ?BG Estates Worldwide' international investment company. The research was announced after the one-month traveling presentation of Bulgarian projects on the Russian market. Russians' biggest interest is directed to vacancy villages, informed Manager ?Key Clients' of the company Aleksander Aleksandrov. Vacancy properties are the other most desirable real estates. Especially those properties on the Black sea and on Bulgarian winter resorts, like Bansko for example, specified Aleksandrov. From the 70 attended meetings with potential investors, we can conclude that Russia is the 2nd country after UK, which strategic investors are orientated to the Bulgaria's real estate market, Aleksandrov added.
